Here are the directions for the tour, please note riding is strictly by appointment only. We are 20 mins from Jaco centre and 35 mins from Los Suenos. The road to the farm is lumpy and bumpy during rainy season but always passable in any car year round. In rainy season allow a little longer for your drive to us. DO NOT USE WAZE.

Directions for Discovery Horse Tours coming from San Jose, Los Suenos or Jaco

There are 2 ways to reach us:

1st way is From Jaco you will see MaxPali on the Hwy. Turn right on that dirt road and follow all the way up to the top of the mountain until you come to the Village of Bijugual. (10 Miles). When you see the soccer field turn left follow that road until you see red and white fence posts on the left hand side. That is us.

2nd way is drive towards San Jose from Jaco. You will go over the mountain and continue to pass along the highway through the town of Tarcoles. Continue on the highway foe about 2 minutes you will cross a small bridge. Immediately after the bridge turn right and follow that road all the way to the top of the mountain. You will pass Villa Lapas Hotel and Bijugual waterfall. Continue on up the mountain until you see red and white fence posts that is us. This one takes about 15 min longer but the road is much smoother.
